88fd Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 88fd ("88fd", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 88fd.lol and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 88fd website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including the 88fd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Sportsbook Rules.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 88fd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of use, including any amendments made in accordance with Section 16 of this Agreement.

Use of the 88fd platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. By registering and using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a fiduciary capacity).
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 88fd enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all services. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account terminated immediately and all deposits returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts wagered.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where accessing 88fd would constitute a violation of local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 88fd or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You have not previously had an 88fd account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on 88fd, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all 88fd account registrations:

• One account per person: Each player may hold only one (1) active 88fd account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.
• Accurate information required: You must provide complete and accurate registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Provision of false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 88fd is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of compromise: You must notify 88fd immediately via the support channel if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

88fd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing account access, which remains subject to compliance with these Terms.

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and international gaming licence requirements, 88fd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following conditions apply:

• All players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal of funds is processed from their 88fd account.
• KYC verification for Pakistani players requires submission of a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and may include a selfie or liveness check at 88fd's discretion.
• 88fd may request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts displaying unusual activity patterns, high transaction volumes, or in circumstances where 88fd's compliance team determines additional verification is necessary.
• Submission of forged, altered, or stolen identification documents is a serious criminal offence. 88fd reports suspected fraud to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• KYC data is stored and processed in accordance with the 88fd Privacy Policy. It is used exclusively for identity verification, age confirmation, and AML compliance purposes.

88fd accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL IBFT, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20 network). The following terms apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account flagged for review.
• 88fd does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees — these are your responsibility to verify with your provider.
• Deposits are credited to your 88fd wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. 88fd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
• All funds deposited into your 88fd account are held in segregated player fund accounts, separate from 88fd operational funds.
• 88fd reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

88fd processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification on the account before processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to the account holder. 88fd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts; HBL/UBL/Meezan IBFT — 30 minutes to 2 hours; USDT — 20 to 40 minutes. Processing times may extend during peak hours or system maintenance periods.
• 88fd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed PKR 100,000 in a single transaction or PKR 500,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to your current VIP tier and 88fd's operational limits, which are communicated in your account dashboard.

88fd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses. Specific bonus offers may carry additional terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is a 100% match up to PKR 10,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is PKR 500. Subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to complete wagering within this period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Game contribution rates toward wagering: slots (100%), live casino (10%), table games (10%), sports betting (30%), progressive jackpot slots (0%).
• Bonus Abuse: 88fd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and wagering on both outcomes of the same event. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• 88fd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject always to honouring obligations for bonuses already credited to player accounts.

All games available on the 88fd platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, Color Game, and Money Wheel — are governed by the following rules:

• Certified Random Number Generators: All non-live casino games use RNG systems independently tested and certified by approved gaming testing laboratories. The RNG systems cannot be influenced by 88fd, the player, or any third party.
• Published RTP: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are displayed in the game information section. 88fd publishes accurate RTP figures and does not manipulate theoretical return values outside the parameters set by game providers.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that interrupts a gaming session, 88fd's decision on the outcome of the affected round is final. Generally, interrupted rounds are voided and the applicable stake is returned to the player's balance.
• Manipulation Prohibited: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, device exploits, network interception, or any other technical means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence. 88fd will pursue such cases through appropriate legal channels.

88fd's live dealer games — including the Color Game, Money Wheel, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger — are delivered by certified third-party live studio providers. Results are determined by physical, observable actions (card dealing, wheel spins, dice throws) conducted by professional dealers under multiple camera angles.

The 88fd sportsbook — covering cricket (including PSL, international T20, Test and ODI), football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi, and virtual sports — operates under the following rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change before placement is confirmed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds available at the time the bet is submitted. Due to the real-time nature of in-play betting, there may be a brief delay between submission and confirmation. Bets placed during this delay are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of system acceptance.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 88fd's sportsbook rules (available in full in your account's Sportsbook Rules section) determine settlement. Generally, bets on postponed events are settled as void unless the event restarts and concludes within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• Minimum bet: PKR 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event and are communicated at the time of bet placement.
• 88fd reserves the right to void bets placed in circumstances where there is evidence of irregular betting activity, insider information, match-fixing, or where odds were published in error.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets involving void selections are settled with the void leg removed and the remaining legs at their original odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in civil or criminal action:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent account suspensions or claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the 88fd platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free bets, or promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour and designed purely to extract value without genuine gaming intent (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring").
• Betting on both sides of the same market (arbitrage betting) when done exploitatively or in combination with bonus funds.
• Accessing the 88fd platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your 88fd account.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you or are obtained through fraudulent means.

88fd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Detection of a player being under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Player self-exclusion request made under the 88fd Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. 88fd will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email prior to applying dormant account administration. A monthly administration fee of PKR 200 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from dormant account balances after the 12-month inactivity period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.

88fd is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. 88fd is strictly a 21+ platform. The following responsible gaming provisions are mandatory:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 88fd account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time limits that trigger an alert or automatic logout after a specified gaming session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the 88fd platform may request self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be closed, and 88fd will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the creation of new accounts.
• Reality Checks: 88fd provides optional on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and expenditure at user-configurable intervals.
• Support Resources: Players who feel their gambling is becoming harmful are encouraged to seek help from international problem gambling support organisations. 88fd's Responsible Gaming page provides information on accessing support resources aligned with international licensing responsible gaming standards.

All content on the 88fd platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, promotional materials, written content, data, and the 88fd brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88fd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88fd platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the 88fd platform or its content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 88fd software.
• Use the 88fd name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on 88fd content or game designs.

Any unauthorised use of 88fd intellectual property constitutes infringement and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fd's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising from or related to use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88fd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the 88fd platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside 88fd's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you based on information available on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional communications.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or other circumstances beyond 88fd's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 88fd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

88fd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 88fd.lol/privacy-policy. By using the 88fd platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 88fd collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC/AML compliance).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Delivering customer support services.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Improving platform features and personalising the user experience.
• Communicating promotional offers and platform updates to players who have opted in to marketing communications.

88fd does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, and licensed third-party service providers operating under binding data processing agreements.

88fd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, licensing requirements, platform features, payment methods, or operational policy.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 88fd will provide reasonable notice to registered players via:

• A notification displayed on the 88fd platform upon next login.
• An email to the player's registered email address, where appropriate.

Your continued use of the 88fd platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendments.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to your use of the 88fd platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fd holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 88fd, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 88fd customer support. 88fd will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 20 business days, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution mechanism available under 88fd's international gaming licence conditions.
3. Final Arbitration: Disputes that remain unresolved after the above process may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution as specified in 88fd's licence conditions. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents 88fd from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
